It has mentioned many times that YouTube ads have brought this blog many unexpected album, mixtape and/or EPs reviews. There are artist that I did not know existed but thanks to those pesky YouTube Music advertisements I now know and adore several new artist. However, this time this EP review is brought to via pesky ads from the popular music website GENIUS. Here is a peek into how this blog is managed: for reviews of albums, mixtapes and EPs, I use the website mentioned before to get the tracklist of each project I review. That is how I was introduced to Isaiah Falls. While getting the tracklist of an album I was writing a review for an ad popped on the site advertising their popular Verified series. In this series artist sing and explain the lyrics behind their songs so that their fans can get a better understanding of how the song came to be. So an ad popped showcasing Isaiah Falls with SiR explaining the lyrics behind their collab " Brown Sugah". I knew I would have to give it a listen because Falls explained it as a love letter to black women in particular those with brown and dark skin tones. That is all I really needed to know and a result I decided to listen to his new EP titled "Lucky You". So with that in mind let us see what he has in store for us!

Album Review: "June" By De'Wayne

I came across a snippet of the video on Twitter and decided to give the song a listening ear and I instantly feel in love.
