Album Review: "Under Pressure" by Ashton Pierce

Here is another review brought to you by my unquenchable thirst for gorgeous men. Ashton Pierce first caught my attention as I was scrolling down my Instagram feed liking pictures of the beautiful men and women I follow when his account was suggested to me. Being a proud thirst bucket, I followed him quickly and started looking through his account to view pictures of this fine specimen. While looking I saw the terms music and album mentioned and instantly the music lover in me pushed the thirst bucket out of the way and headed to Spotify and YouTube to listen to his music. After hearing a few songs like "Talk U Thru It" and "NDA" my interest was piqued so I remained seated and ready for his album to drop. It's here! Ashton has released his debut album "Under Pressure" and I cannot wait to give it a listen. Here is what Pierce said about the album "I started writing these songs in 2022 and I feel—and look like a completely new person now. This project is a coming of age story about navigating heartbreak, hustling, and trying to find moments of fun during chaos. Creating these songs helped me get through a lot and I hope that they help someone else somewhere get through. I want to thank everyone who co-wrote, co-produced, recorded and engineered the project. Thank you to Olivia—who first inspired me to do music and who inspired a lot of  these songs. Special thank you to the 1500 fam who helped take these songs to the next level. Denzel Spencer (born April 18, 1996), better known by his stage name Roy Woods (also stylized as Roy Wood$), is a Canadian singer, rapper, and songwriter.[2][3] He signed with Drake's record label OVO Sound, an imprint of Warner Records in 2014. His first two albums, Waking at Dawn (2016) and Say Less (2017), both moderately entered the Canadian Albums Chart and US Billboard 200. Woods has also founded his own collective, Unlock the Underground. Album Review: "June" By De'Wayne

I came across a snippet of the video on Twitter and decided to give the song a listening ear and I instantly feel in love.
