Album Review: "Perrie" by Perrie

Ms. Jade Thirlwall was first up and now it is time for Ms. Perrie Edwards to step front and center on the solo act stage. That is right! A few weeks ago Jade was the first member of Little Mix to release her solo debut studio album after the group announced their hiatus. Her bandmate Perrie has followed closely behind her by releasing her solo debut album titled "Perrie". Just like her bandmate, Perrie has released several singles to get Little Mix fans excited for her project. Those singles include "Forget About Us", "Tears", "You Go Your Way", "Me, Myself & You", "Christmas Magic", "Rollercoaster" and "If He Wanted To He Would". Perrie has spoken in interviews about how worrying this process was for her given that she was accustomed to having Leigh-Anne and Jade right by side when creating music and how she had to scrap her initial record and start the album over from scratch. As a fan who has been keeping abreast of all the solo releases from the group members I would never had known that Perrie struggled so much with stepping into being a solo artist as I enjoyed most of her solo work so far and even loved one which is "You Go Your Way". So with all that in mind let us see what she has in store for us with her self-titled solo debut album!

Album Review: "June" By De'Wayne
