Album Review: "Escape Room" by Teyana Taylor

That was a rather short retirement! The underrated yet bountifully talented Teyana Taylor is back after announcing her retirement from music in 2020 with her album "The Album". Music lovers around the world were saddened with her announcement as she has given us nothing but bangers after bangers. She sings, dances, acts, has a great fashion sense and brings the house down every time she performs. Of course a multi-level threat like Teyana would be missed especially since we all witnessed how the treacherous industry fumbled her talent. That is why when she announced earlier this year that she was releasing her fourth studio album titled " Escape Room" I was beyond excited for her return. In addition to new music, she also announced that a visual album will accompany the studio album which made the news even more exciting. Sidenote: Teyana is truly Janet Jackson's musical daughter because she sure loves an extended album with several interludes. Anyway, with all that said let us see what she has in store for us with her latest offering.
